Grundsätzlich arbeitet AGK mit hochtemperaturbeständigen Werkstoffen. Im Kunststoffbereich sind dies duroplastische Werkstoffe, die bis zu einer Grenztemperatur von ca. 300°C einsetzbar sind und dabei gleichzeitig formstabil bleiben. Dies ist bei Thermoplasten grundsätzlich nicht so, da sie sich unter Druck verformen. Sie zeigen ein konstruktiv unerwünschtes Fließverhalten. Allerdings gibt es auch qualitativ hochwertige Thermoplaste. Trotzdem kann die AGK - als spanender Bearbeiter - selbstverständlich diese Werkstoffe bearbeiten.

It has similar application areas with PVC. It has chemical resistance to acids and bases. It features weldability. Weldability is more difficult than PVC but more resistant weld seams are obtained. It has higher temperature resistance than polyethylene and PVC. Cost is low and economical since its density is very low. It has a high impact resistance. It can be used on section plates. Mechanical strength values are better compared to Polyethylene.

PDM granül kauçuktan üretildiği için oldukça esnek bir maddedir. Bu nedenler her türlü şarta kolaylıkla ayak uydurabilir. Yazın güneşi ya da kışın soğuğu bu malzemeye hiçbir şekilde zarar veremez. Wir sind Hersteller von Polyamiden aus Sebazinsäure, wir nennen das Produkt PA1212-basiertes Pulver. It is a material with a high resistance to chemicals. Its specific weight is low. It is a slippery material with a low coefficient of friction. The water and moisture absorption property is close to zero. It can be used as cutting plate especially in industrial kitchens and butcher cutting log. It has the ability to be welded. The element that characterizes polyethylene is the molecular weight. Low molecular weight can be grouped into three groups: low molecular weight (PE 300), high molecular weight (PE 500) and ultra high molecular weight (PE 1000).
The unfilled grade TECASINT 5111 natural is based on the high-performance plastic polyimide, which is characterised by its very good thermal stability with low thermal expansion. Polyimides are non-melting polymers with a service temperature of 300 °C, which is considerably higher than that of PEEK or PPS. In addition, TECASINT 5111 natural has a high creep resistance. These properties makes PI plastic ideal for applications where high temperature resistance is required, such as in the aerospace industry.
TECASINT 5111 natural has good chemical resistance, especially to light acids and many organic solvents. In combination with the very good electrical insulating properties of the PI material, TECASINT 5111 natural is also perfectly suited for applications in the semiconductor industry, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
Moreover, the polyimide material has good mechanical properties, good wear resistance and is also resistant to high-energy radiation.
BIEGLO offers high temperature resistant and flame retardant fibers. The application is similiar to meta-aramid, but PI fibers have its own advantages.
The long-term service temperature is 260℃. The decomposition temperature is 560℃. The LOI is 38%, it means it is non-flameble fiber.
The Dexnyl Polyimide fibers are applicable in many products, but they are used best in niche-applications with extreme standards for the material:
1- FR Protective clothing: e.g. military fligth clothing, flame resistand underwear, firefighter uniform etc.
2- High temperature filtration and industrial insulation: e.g. dedusting filtration for cement factories, steel or powder plants, air filtration for painting area operated at more than 300°C .
3- Composite material: taking advantage of insulation, flame retardance and high emperature resistance, chopped fiber can be used as reinforced material.
TECASINT 1011 is an unfilled polyimide natural grade. This material particularly stands out in the TECASINT 1000 product family for very high strength and elongation. It is characterised by properties such as a very high modulus of elasticity, high rigidity, high degree of hardness and low thermal and electrical conductivity. These are accompanied by high purity and low outgassing in accordance with ESA regulation ECSS Q 70 20. Its previous name was SINTIMID Pur HT.
Compared with the other TECASINT materials the TECASINT 4000 series exhibits very low moisture absorption and high oxidative stability along with improved chemical resistance. Despite its high strength, TECASINT 4011 has high elongation at break and toughness. Rigidity and modulus are significantly increased vis a vis conventional polyimides in a temperature range up to 260°C. It also has minimal thermal and electrical conductivity. The plastic is highly pure and displays low outgassing in accordance with ESA regulation ECSS Q 70 20.
Starting with the base polymer TECASINT 1011, TECASINT 1061 with 15% graphite and 10% PTFE has been developed. Its properties include very low static friction and a low coefficient of friction. The material is self lubricating, which means it also has good properties in dry running conditions. TECASINT 1061 is suitable for low friction and low wear applications at medium temperatures (<200°C) and loads.
TECASINT 2391 has been developed with 15 % MoS2 from the base polymer TECASINT 2011. It has optimum friction and wear properties in a vacuum, which means it can be used in space travel applications, in a vacuum or in inert gases (techn. dry). The plastic displays low outgassing in accordance with ESA regulation ECSS Q 70 20.
